3. You are what you eat, don't expect excellent result and yet you consume junk foods, snacks and fatty foods, if you must eat such, then burn out the excess calories, or else they will convert to fat.
4. There is no resting period after attaining your desired weight loss result, make it an habit before thinking about quitting.
5. Alcohol distrupts result, this happens when alcohol content takes over the body, and alot of gaseos substances occupy the body system.
